Description
Characterized by its deep jewel tone colours, Gravoply
II is a flexible, blended ABS sheet with a thinly layered,
coloured cap permanently fixed to the extruded core.
Gravoply II is made in the same manner as Gravoply, but with
a matt finish.
Special Characteristics
Gravoply II's micro-thin layer of colour (only three thousandths
of an inch thick) enables engraving of small precise lettering
as well as intricate and detailed reproduction of logos. This
gives Gravoply II a wide range of creative possibilities.
Obscuring reflection presents no problem to Gravoply II. Its
smooth, low glare, mark-resistant surface makes it the ideal
material for producing signs and notices that are easily read
and can be seen from a distance.

- Strength
- self supporting in moderate sizes. Best break resistance.
- Temperature
tolerance - up to 140° F.
- Care
- mildest washing liquid. Wipe with a soft cloth to revitalise
surface. Do not use solvents.
- Expansion
and contraction - 8" sign can change as much as 1/16"
in length in extreme temperature changes. Drill oversize holes
for mounting to allow for expansion and contraction.
- Working
- shear, saw, drill, hot stamp, die cut, bend, bevel, bond
or cement.
